IELA sets the standards of performance for site agents and for export/import shipping agents and has standardized formats for exhibition shipping instructions and disposal order forms. A Trans-Link director is a Board Member of IELA.

Since 1983, Trans-Link has handled about 5,000 exhibitions in Asia. From a score of exhibitions in Singapore and Malaysia, the portfolio has increased to comprise all of the ASEAN countries, China, Hong Kong, India, Myanmar, South Africa, Taiwan, Argentina and Mexico.
